Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 1st 2025
Who We Are
World Housing Solution (“WHS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates worldhousingsolution.com. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.

Information We Collect
Information you give us: Name, email, phone, company, message content (for example, via contact or subscribe forms).
Automatic data: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, time on page, referring or exit pages, and general interaction data (via logs, necessary cookies, security tools, and analytics).
Comments or User-Generated Content (if enabled): Data shown in the comment form, plus IP address and browser user agent for spam detection. If you use a profile image service (for example, Gravatar), that service’s privacy policy applies.
Media: If you upload images, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract location data from images on the site.
How We Use Information
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested information or quotes.
- Send email updates or marketing if you subscribe or otherwise consent (unsubscribe anytime).
- Operate, secure, and improve the site (fraud or spam prevention, debugging, analytics).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Lawful bases (GDPR, EEA or UK): consent (for example, marketing), contract performance (responding to your requests), legitimate interests (security and analytics), and legal obligation.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies for security, session management, and spam prevention.
- Preference cookies to remember choices where applicable.
- Performance or analytics cookies to measure site usage.
- Advertising or retargeting technologies (only if enabled, for example, Meta Pixel).
You can manage cookies in your browser settings and, if available, via our cookie preferences banner. Blocking some cookies may impact site functionality.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
We use GA4 to understand how visitors use our site and to improve performance and content.
- Data processed: page views, events, device and browser details, general location derived from IP, and similar usage metrics. GA4 uses cookies or similar technologies and produces aggregated reports.
- IP handling: GA4 does not log or store full IP addresses. IP is used transiently for geolocation and then discarded per Google documentation.
- How we use it: measuring traffic, diagnosing technical issues, and improving user experience.
- Retention: GA4 event data retention is configured within our GA settings.
- Controls: you can limit analytics cookies in your browser and, if available, via our cookie banner. A Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on is also available from Google.
We do not use GA4 to identify you personally. We do not merge GA4 data with personally identifying information you provide unless we explicitly tell you and you consent.
Meta Pixel (Facebook or Instagram)
If enabled, we use the Meta Pixel and related tools to measure conversions and, where applicable, to deliver or measure advertising and retargeting.
- Data processed: page views and site actions (for example, form submissions), hashed identifiers (such as email if used for matching), and technical data (device or browser).
- Purpose: understand site engagement, measure marketing effectiveness, and, if we run ads, deliver and optimize ads on Meta platforms and across the web.
- “Sharing” under CPRA: using the Meta Pixel for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “sharing” personal information under California law. We do not sell personal information.
- Controls: use our cookie preferences (if available) to disable marketing or advertising technologies. You can also manage advertising preferences within your Meta accounts and via industry opt-out tools.
Embedded Content & External Links
Pages may include embedded content (videos, images, articles) or links to other sites. Those third parties may collect data, use cookies, and track your interaction according to their own privacy policies. Review their policies before interacting.
Email Marketing
If you subscribe, we process your email to send updates and marketing. Every message includes an unsubscribe option. We may use reputable email delivery and list-management providers acting as our processors.
Who We Share Information With
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited personal information with:
- Service providers or processors (hosting, security or anti-spam, analytics, email delivery, CRM or lead capture, advertising platforms) under contracts that limit their use to our instructions.
- Legal and compliance recipients where required by law or to protect rights.
For California residents, use of advertising pixels (if enabled) may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. See the CCPA or CPRA section for your opt-out rights.
Data Retention
- Inquiries or forms: kept as long as necessary to respond, maintain records, and meet legal obligations.
- Marketing lists: kept until you unsubscribe or we delete inactive records.
- Security or logs: retained for a reasonable period for fraud or spam prevention and troubleshooting.
- Comments (if enabled): retained indefinitely to recognize and auto-approve follow-ups.
Your Rights
General (All Users)
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information we hold, unless we must keep it for legal or security reasons.
GDPR (EEA or UK)
You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

You have the right to:
- Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you in the past 12 months.
- Delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions).
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising (for example, if Meta Pixel is used for targeted ads). We do not sell personal information.
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
To exercise rights or opt out: email [email protected]. If we provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link or a cookie preferences banner, you can also use those options. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Children’s Privacy
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (such as HTTPS or SSL and access controls). No method is 100 percent secure. Use the internet with this in mind.
International Transfers
If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries with different data-protection laws.
